Left + right = us
An indie studio that argues with itself and ships anyway.
SideBrain is two ways of thinking stuck in one skull. One half wants the physics exact and the numbers right. The other half wants the explosion bigger. Old school and new school, sim and arcade, spreadsheet and gut feeling. We don't pick a side. We keep both and make games out of the argument.
Gamers first.
We grew up on couch co-op, LAN parties and late nights chasing one more round. That's who we build for, because that's who we are.
No corporate BS.
No suits, no focus-grouped fun, no paying to win. If a feature doesn't make the game better to play, it doesn't ship.
Fun over funding.
If we make some money, awesome. It just isn't the point. The point is making games people actually want to play.
How the brain splits
Both halves get a vote. Neither gets the last word.
Left, right, old school, new school. We don't pick sides. We pick games.
What we're making
Our first game.
Carrier-based air combat where sim meets arcade. Launch off the cat, fight for the sky, and sink their fleet in online battles up to 10 versus 10.
More games when the brain stops arguing. So, eventually.
